30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the FasciaFlow Belt. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition you received it (unused, undamaged, with all accessories included)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@fasciaflow.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Damaged or Defective Items

If your FasciaFlow Belt arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@fasciaflow.shop with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. After that window, your order may have already been shipped and standard return policies apply.
